If your order has yet to ship, email us at help@colourslime with the correct address. You can still contact USPS, DHL, or UPS to redirect it if it's already shipped.
Colour Slime is not responsible for the additional shipping costs that may occur.
Cancellations can be requested within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will most likely already be processed and cannot be canceled anymore.

We ship out orders Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Southern California. We do not ship over weekends. Our current processing time is 2-4 business days.

Yes, our slime contain borax.
All our material safety standards are suitable for children aged 3 years and above. Our slime is made of purified water, PVA (safe for babies), Boric acid (medical use), pigments (food use), scents (food use), glycerin (cosmetic use), bacteriostatic agents (cosmetic use). If you have a specific allergy and want to make sure that our slimes don’t include it please feel free to contact us here.
