My slime arrived damaged, what can I do?
In case you receive your slime in a damaged condition or not as described please don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form here and we will see what we can do for you.
Can I add a slime to my order once it is placed?
If your order has yet to ship, email us athelp@colourslime with the correct address. You can still contact USPS, DHL, or UPS to redirect it if it's already shipped.
Colour Slime is not responsible for the additional shipping costs that may occur.
Can I cancel my order?

I placed my order but never received a confirmation email. What happened?
You may have entered the wrong email address. Please get in touch with us here using our contact form. Don't forget to include your name and the items you ordered.

What is the shipping policy?
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, United States, Canada, Europe , Australia is support. Enter your shipping address on the checkout page to confirm or see theShipping policyfor details. If your country is not on the list, you can contacthelp@colourslime.com by email and we will do our best to try to ship it.
How long will it take to get my order?
From 8-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
When will my order ship?
We ship out orders Monday-Friday from our warehouse in China. We do not ship over weekends. Our current processing time is 2-4 business days.
Can I return my product?
Returns Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Refund policy
My package got sent back to your warehouse.
Your package was most likely sent back due to an address issue. However, the order amount will not be refunded.

Is your slime safe?
Yes, not just slime, all our products are safe and comply with American ASTM F963 toy standards.
Is your slime edible?
No, any of our products sold on the website are not edible and should not be put in your mouth.
Does your slime contain borax?
Yes, our slime contain borax.
I'm prone to allergies, what are the ingredients in your slime?
All our material safety standards are suitable for children aged 3 years and above. Our slime is made of purified water, PVA (safe for babies), Boric acid (medical use), pigments (food use), scents (food use), glycerin (cosmetic use), bacteriostatic agents (cosmetic use). If you have a specific allergy and want to make sure that our slimes don’t include it please feel free to contact us here.
