Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Due to the handmade nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the package has been shipped. Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you encounter any problems, please contact us at help@colourslime.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will happily send a replacement or offer a resolution in the following situations:

  • Damaged Items: The product arrived damaged (e.g., broken container, significant leakage).
  • Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Lost Package: The order was not delivered (subject to carrier investigation).

To request a replacement: Please email us with your Order Number and picture/video proof of the defective or damaged product. We cannot process a replacement without visual proof.

Important Note Regarding Slime Texture Please note that slime texture can change during transit due to weather and temperature conditions.

  • Sticky Slime: In hot weather, slime may arrive sticky. This is normal. Please use the provided activator/borax to fix the texture.
  • Stiff Slime: In cold weather, slime may arrive stiff. Please warm it up with your hands or let it sit at room temperature.

Texture changes due to weather are not considered damage and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
