Shipping Policy
Order Processing (Handling) Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (UTC+8) / Beijing Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Operating Days: Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Supplies (Glue/Clay): 1-2 business days.
- Handmade Slimes & Putty: Up to 7 business days (Made to order).
Estimated Transit (Shipping) Time
- US Warehouse Orders (Glue/Clay shipped to US addresses): 3-8 business days.
- International Studio Orders (Slimes, Putty, & all non-US orders): 8-15 business days via Standard Express.
Shipping Origins & Split Shipments (Important) We operate inventory in both our International Studio (China) and our US Warehouse.
- Handmade Slimes: Always ship from our International Studio.
- Supplies (Glue & Clay): For US customers, these items typically ship directly from our US Warehouse. For international customers, they will ship from our International Studio.
- Split Shipments: If your order contains both handmade slime and supplies (Slime Glue/Clay), you may receive two separate packages with separate tracking numbers. They may arrive on different days. Please do not worry if you receive part of your order first; the rest is on its way!
Mandatory Contact Information Since many of our items ship internationally, a valid phone number and email address are strictly required by the shipping carrier for customs clearance and delivery coordination.
- We are not responsible for any delivery failures, returns, or lost packages caused by missing, incorrect, or unreachable phone numbers/email addresses.
- Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

- North America: United States (Excluding remote dependent islands and overseas territories), Canada.
- Oceania: Australia.
- Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Shipping Time
- US Warehouse Orders (Glue/Clay to US): 3-8 business days.
- International Studio Orders (Slimes & Intl. Orders): 8-15 business days (Standard Express).
Note: Shipping time goes into effect after the order has been processed. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed. We will not issue refunds for orders delayed due to weather, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.
Custom Fees & Import Taxes Generally, customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. However, there are exceptions:
- US Warehouse Shipments: No import taxes for US customers receiving items from the US warehouse.
- Standard Express Delivery: Usually, no import taxes are required for this shipping method.
Address Changes If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If the goods have already been shipped, we cannot guarantee a successful address change. The buyer will bear any redirection costs incurred.
Incorrect Address & Missing Information We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- We will not issue refunds or replacements for orders where the customer provided the wrong address, missing apartment/unit number, wrong zip code, or failed to provide a valid mobile phone number.
- If the address or phone number is incorrect, your package may be destroyed or returned by the carrier.
- We are unable to ship to Government Agencies and Military Base addresses (APO/FPO) due to carrier restrictions.
Shipping Rates & Costs
- Slime & Putty: We offer Free Standard Express Shipping on orders containing only Slime and/or Putty with a subtotal of $50 USD or more (after discounts and before taxes). For Slime & Putty orders under $50 USD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Supplies (Glue, Clay) & Other Products: These items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for Glue, Clay, and other supplies are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of these items and the delivery destination.
- Mixed Orders (Slime/Putty + Supplies): If your order contains both qualifying items (Slime/Putty over $50 USD) and non-qualifying items (Glue, Clay), the free shipping promotion will only apply to the Slime/Putty portion. You will still be charged a shipping fee for the Supplies (Glue, Clay) portion of your order at checkout.
Refused Packages We will not refund orders if the package is refused by the customer upon delivery.
